Credit/ Debit Card Details

When you place an order, allhoneyactive will never request that credit/ debit card details are to be sent via e-mail, text message, or other unsecured means. Under no circumstances should you send your credit/ debit card details via e-mail.

We shall only collect credit card details via our secure online checkout pages.

Whilst the we have taken care in the preparation of the contents of this website, this website and the information, names, images, pictures, logos, icons regarding or relating to the company and the products offered for sale, are provided on an as is basis without any representation or endorsement being made and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Please note that representations of the various products are limited in the resolution of the image and cannot give a fully accurate representation of the colours and shades of the items offered for sale due to the limitiations of the process and any visual display unit, computer screen, monitor or other device used to view any or all images.

The choices you make of items and goods for sale within the website are made using the information supplied within the website. We make very best efforts to ensure that all such information is correct and up to date but are not liable for any errors that may be included.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for the contents of any information or material outside our website, to which you may gain access from our website.



We will only deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address you give us at the time you make your order. You will usually receive email confirmation that your order has been shipped. All deliveries will usually require a signature on receipt.

We aim to ship all goods within three working days of receiving your order, for delivery addresses within the UK we normally suggest you should allow 5 to 7 working days, following the day on which the order is placed. We are sorry, but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery. Note that orders delivered by the Royal Mail are not considered late until 15 working days after despatch.

If you do not receive goods ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered then please notify us by e-mail, or in writing at our contact address.

Please note that we do not offer a specific delivery date for your order and a condition of placing your order is that you accept that allhoneyactive (All Honey Ltd) does not accept claims for consequential losses.



If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them please notify us by e-mail, or in writing.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by emailing; info.allhoney@gmail.com with your name, address and order number or by writing to our offices; 107-109 Pope Lane, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 9DB, within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the goods in question.

To cancel your order you must notify us by emailing; info.allhoney@gmail.com with your name, address and order number, or by writing to our offices; 107-109 Pope Lane, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 9DB, or completing our online returns form, or simply calling us on 07516 770 609 during our opening hours; 9:00am and 5:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed; orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made.

If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must cancel your order, by contacting us as described above in the Returns section, no later than 14 calendar days following the day of delivery and you must return the goods undamaged back to us at All Honey Active, 107-109 Pope Lane, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 9DB.

You are responsible for the return costs, which will not be refunded, as soon as possible.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are deemed to have been used.

Note that a full refund will be provided for the original order value; however, it shall be your responsibility to pay the return costs. Alternatively, advise us of a date and time to collect the product from the order delivery address and we shall collect the goods, note that if we collect the goods we shall charge you the collection costs.

For all cancellations/ returns, we require you to obtain a proof of post from the Post Office, or similar, which if required, shall be provided to us as proof of return.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

         We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

         We do not deliver to your area; or

         One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel yourorder we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 28 days of return of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.



All Honey Ltd are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains how we use any information collected about you.

When you place an order with, or provide contact details to, All Honey Ltd you provide your name, address, e-mail address, contact number, etc.. The information provided allows us to collect payment, deliver orders, contact you to resolve any problems and, as necessary, make a follow up customer service call.

The information also allows All Honey Ltd to update you with any items, services or special offers that may be of interest to you. Should you wish us to stop sending you information on our products, services or special offers please send an e-mail to info.allhoney@gmail.com with the title “unsubscribe”.

All Honey Ltd will endeavour to ensure that reasonable steps are taken to create accurate records of any personal information you have submitted through the website. However, we do not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal information.
